Apprentice Quality Operation

**Scope**

Within Operation Quality department, and in close collaboration with various departments, the Apprentice Quality Operation is in charge to specify IT tools (as BI dashboard) to improve the efficiency of the Quality Operation Team. He or she will support the working procedure’s update & modernisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Role & Objectives**
- Put in place new IT Tools to improve efficiency (Bi Dashboard)
- Develop a solution to replace existing concessions process / add a solution to this process to get an efficiency tracking and history of the concessions
- Develop a tool to manage specific processes such as internal 8D reports
- Put in place a dashboard solution for PQM team to get some tracking, follow-up, history of all activities linked with Product Quality / This tool will have to be compatible with existing solutions in use at field quality / software quality

**Main collaboration and relationship**
Transversal role collaborating with all parts of Operation Quality to look for the right tools compatible with existing solutions already in place
