Middle Office Officer

As a future Middle Office Officer, you will report to the Head Of Middle Office, and you will be part of AXA IM Select France.

Ensure all Middle Office activities across the entire Axa IM scope (Asset Management and RTO).

To be the main point of contact for management, acting as the interface with all Axa IM Select France service providers.

Your role and responsibilities will include
- First-level controls:_
- Ensuring equal treatment between managed portfolios and mandates
- Monitoring proper execution of orders through to settlement and delivery
- Liquidity control
- Monitoring the number of shares in circulation
- Monitoring management fees
- Monitoring fees charged to UCITS
- Monitoring the net asset values (NAV) of UCITS
- Stock and flow management:_
- Reconciliation of cash and securities
- Centralizing subscriptions/redemptions
- Managing third-party incidents, analysis, and resolution
- Daily control of proper data integration into the management tool

Your qualifications and experience
- Successful experience within the Middle Office team of an asset management company will be a significant asset.

Your knowledges and skills
- Good knowledge of operations processes and the relationship with other stakeholders, particularly the custodian and fund administrator, as well as order workflows.
- Good understanding of the organization of financial markets and financial instruments.
- Proficient in Excel (potentially VBA) and Bloomberg.
