**_ Join Outokumpu’s Advanced Materials Sales Team in the AM Sales South region as our new Sales Manager - France._** In this dynamic role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, drive business growth, and work across departments to bring high-performance stainless steel and nickel alloy solutions to strategic clients.
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team in an international environment where innovation, sustainability, and continuous development are key to success.
**_ Your role:_**
- **_Promote and sell_** advanced stainless steel and nickel alloys within your territory.
- **_Manage the full Outokumpu product and service portfolio_** across existing and new clients.
- **_Build and maintain long-term relationships_** with key accounts and drive new business development.
- **_Participate in the execution of sales strategies and support strategic projects._**:
- **_Monitor market trends and identify opportunities_**, including participation in trade fairs, customer seminars, and industry events.
- **_Lead contract negotiations_**, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
**_ About you:_**
- **_A technical and/or business degree._**:
- **_Proven experience in B2B sales,_** ideally with knowledge of stainless steel or metal processing industries.
- **_Fluency in French and English_** (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g. Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
- **_Strong skills in MS Office, CRM systems, and SAP._**:
- **_A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively._**:
- **_Willingness to travel across France and internationally as required._**
