We're hiring for **Demand Manager North EU - Crop Protection**

**Your Challenge**:
Lead Integrated Business Planning work process in Commercial Unit
- Facilitate monthly Demand Review meeting (including data analysis: identification of trends, variances and gaps, review of relevant metrics, develop agenda to address and resolve open issues and ensure timely follow-up on actions and decisions execution.
- Coach sales & marketing input on tools and practices to achieve an on-time roll-up of unconstrained demand plan
- Ensure Assumptions-based forecast. Appropriately challenge Assumptions and behaviors
- Upsides/ Downsides: ensure correct and timely usage and communication with stakeholders
- Forecasting: ensure quality and monthly updated CY+2 forecast and support long-term planning process for 5YP horizon
- Product Allocation: work with global supply, regional supply, local Sales & Marketing organization, and finance to set, maintain and optimize sales of products under allocation.
- Ensure Abnormal Demand process is followed to optimize sales
- Manage and track Potential Lost Sales (missed opportunities due to Supply allocations, delays or other issues).
- Ensure and maintain timely and accurately IBP demand numbers flow to ensure proper signaling to both supply and finance systems.
- In collaboration with CU finance lead, prepare content and represent CU in monthly regional demand review
- Integrated Business Planning Training & Onboarding for Commercial: ensure organizational knowledge transfer to new hires and ensure training guidelines are followed by all system and process users.

Facilitate Product Line & Inventory Management processes in CU. Serve as Commercial focal point in interfacing with Supply
- Codes review and optimization
- For new product launches, follow-up to ensure timely code creation through collaboration with project launch team
- Product Service Level Segmentation: ensure completed annually. Facilitate understanding between Demand and Supply to align on fini product level inventory strategy
- Inventory management: collaborate with Supply on reduction and improvement of DSI finished goods and low-turn inventory management.

Bias Metrics & Continuous Improvement: through forecaster coaching and process discipline, positively impact CU Bias and Forecast Accuracy. Lead CU continuous improvement efforts around metrics
- Provide leadership and process discipline
- Coach CU forecasters and help them improve forecast Bias
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions efforts in improving key IBP metrics
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within CU or DM network

**Key Scorecard**
- Timely completion of monthly IBP cycle cadence.
- Cross functional interaction: ability to ensure supply/demand imbalances are resolved and communicated throughout all functions.

**Qualifications**:** To Grow What Matters, You Will Need**
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, supply chain, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years business experience, including 3 years of experience in Demand Management and IBP-related roles (e.g. Supply Planning, Sales, or Marketing Roles)
- Systems Knowledge: IBP, SAP, Diamond Systems BW Reporting, Power BI
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communications, personal leadership and credibility to influence cross functional lines without direct authority to effect change in other areas.
- Understanding cross-cultural differences to enable achievement of business results; experience in roles dealing with people from different cultures, backgrounds, and points of view
- Sales and Operations Planning Process knowledge. Demand Management Process Knowledge; may be obtained via training and education sessions, working with Demand Management Process Owner and Demand Manager network
- Fluent in English: other local language(s) of the CU may also be required
- Preferred: Business fundamentals in marketing, accounting & operations management; a
