Our client is looking for a **Red Team Leader** to join their growing Security Consultant Team in one of thier French offices. This role can be based out of four locations: Paris, Lyon, Marsielle or Nantes (hybrid).
**Responsibilities**: As the Red Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in our client's cybersecurity operations, overseeing a team of skilled ethical hackers and penetration testers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Planning and executing red team engagements to simulate real-world cyberattacks and identify vulnerabilities within client organizations' systems and networks.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their security requirements and develop customized red teaming strategies to meet their unique needs.
- Preparing comprehensive reports on red team findings and presenting them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously researching and staying up-to-date with the latest cyber threats, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Assisting in the development and improvement of internal security policies, procedures, and best practices.
**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 5-10 Years experience in Red Teaming / Offensive security from a consultancy perspective.
- In-depth knowledge of ethical hacking, penetration testing methodologies, and tools commonly used in the industry.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, network protocols, and security technologies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Legal and ethical mindset with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
