Junior Graphist
**Location**: Paris
Join Coty as a Junior Graphist, and you will get to work across different Brands Initiatives and task to cover the graphic adaptation side of the process in a great environment within a team where mutual aid and cooperation are the cornerstones.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Junior Graphist, you are responsible for the Development of the cropping guidelines for Digital, Instore and Media, under the supervision of your Graphic Senior Manager.
This role consists of transcreating creative files into graphic guidelines that will help markets in the development of their campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work on different brand initiatives and tasks to cover this graphic adaptation aspect of the process.
**Your main focus**:
Propose standardized graphic adaptations in line with campaign visuals supplied by creative agencies Brief and control our production partner who is finalizing the graphic guidelines Brief the internal team for the uploading of the guidelines in the content tools (Internal DAM) Participate in the color matching and follow-up with our production partner Fill in the tracking dashboard with the delivery dates and status of projects

The team consists of 9 people under the responsibility of a Content Adaptation Director, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Global Marketing, Global Digital, Internal Creative studios, Creative Merchandising, production partners and external creative agencies.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like working with various stakeholders, as a Junior Graphist, you have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Master Adobe creative suits (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Have developed color proofing skills and sensitivity to color settings and you know the graphic and printing process Are fluent in French at a level close to native (written and spoken) and have a good level of English Are solution oriented, proactive and autonomous Have great organizational skills, rigorous, you are reliable and dedicated You have great interpersonal and communication skills, and you can explain technical terms in general terms to make them accessible to non-technical teams and stakeholders.
