Position Duties

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the mobile games and Web 3.0 market. You will work on several Metaverse projects. You will contribute to the development of innovative mobile games and the Metaverse in the Web 3.0 environment.

You will be part of a small, experienced team and have the opportunity to develop your skills while delivering quality mobile games.

Challenges:

- Fine-tune the balance, pace and feel of the game.
- Propose and implement new game ideas and features with internal and external teams.
- Design a balanced game economy.
- Be able to deconstruct and analyze mobile game mechanics.
- Understand gameplay and user behavior analysis models and tools.
- Continuously optimize the game creation process.
- Monitor and improve game metrics.
- You will be involved in all aspects of game development : UI, UX, game design, and technical.
- Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends.
- At least 2 years of experience
- Have a very good knowledge of game economics
- Good knowledge of Web 3.0 (NFT, metaverse)
- You are passionate about casual mobile games
- Very good knowledge of Idle Game
- You are familiar with Game Analytics and ideally have worked with this tool before.
- You are passionate about discovering trends, gameplay and game mechanics.
- You are very data-driven and not afraid of Excel spreadsheets and numbers.
- You are able to work quickly and efficiently and are a reliable team player.
- You have a flair for troubleshooting, creativity and taking initiative.
- You speak and write English
- You have a good knowledge of the Unity engine
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have strong organizational and execution skills
- You have a fundamental understanding of mobile monetization.
- You have knowledge of the mobile F2P market
