L’entreprise que nous accompagnons est un client final spécialisé dans la mobilité / transport.

Dans le cadre d’une restructuration, nous l’aidons à recruter un Engineering Manager H/F en CDI. Le poste est à pourvoir à Villeurbanne.

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

Vous serez responsable de l’équipe Cloud/DevOps et Développement composée d’une dizaine de personnes.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Définir les responsabilités de l’équipe ;
- Organiser et animer les réunions techniques ;
- Guider l’équipe dans la conception de solutions innovantes ;
- Gérer les dépendances et les risques liés aux activités ;
- Gérer les priorités de l’équipe en accord avec la direction produit/projet ;
- Construire et maintenir la roadmap de l’équipe ;
- Soutenir les collaborateurs dans leurs activités et leur communication avec les autres départements ;
- Définir les objectifs des collaborateurs en accord avec la direction produit/projet ;
- Maintenir la structure de l’équipes et son organisation ;
- Suivre individuellement les collaborateurs (carrière, mobilité...) ;
- Gérer les compétences des membres de l’équipe ;
- Définir et suivre le plan de recrutement ;
- Assurer le suivi administratif ;

Environnement technique:

- Langages : Java, Go, ReactJS ;
- Architecture micro-services ;
- Méthodologie Agile SCRUM ;
- DevOps et CI/CD : RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, AWX ;
- Ecosystème Cloud AWS (IAM, EKS, RDS ) ;
- Produits Hashicorp (Vault, Consul, Terraform ) ;
- Environnement IoT ;
- Système d’exploitation Linux (Ubuntu, Debian).

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

Vous avez une expérience dans l’encadrement d’équipe de Développeurs et/ou DevOps.

Vous avez également une expérience dans la construction, l’évolution et la sécurisation d’une infrastructure Cloud et/ou On Premise. Vous êtes sensible aux problématiques de cybersécurité.

Vous avez une grande capacité d’adaptation et vous savez fédérer.
