**YOUR EVERYDAY JOB**

As R&D Cloud Manager, you will be in charge of our Bonita Cloud offer that proposes the Bonita platform “as a service” and manage the Cloud team who defines and operates the platform.

The Bonita Cloud offer is about to become the center of the Bonitasoft strategy. You will manage the Cloud team and with their help, you’ll be in charge of building the next generation of the Bonita Cloud and promoting DevOps internally.

Reporting to Nicolas, our CTO, your day-to-day missions will involve:
Be Accountable for the Bonita Cloud platform and SLA
- Follow SLA indicators
- Ensure team engagement on Platform operation and availability
- Establish the roadmap with the Product Owner to bring more value to the Offer
- Determining, with the team, the infrastructure architecture and tooling
- Provide all necessary tooling and training to the Support team to help them be autonomous on the Platform SLA
- Define, follow and ensure Bonita Cloud’s suppliers engagements

Support the Bonita Cloud customers' satisfaction
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the onboarding of new customers to prepare for the operations activation
- Support PreSales, Sales, and Customer Success teams in answering specific requests related to the Bonita Cloud offer

Guarantee Bonita Cloud security

Write High-Level technical specifications
- Specify, with the team’s help, how new features should be architectured to ensure maintainability and evolutivity as well as elasticity
- Detailed specs will be written by the team in autonomy

Promote DevOps internally
- Help the R&D to move toward DevOps mindset to deliver quickly and continuously value to our Cloud users.
- Proven track record of delivery across Cloud / Iaas-related projects
- Continuous Integration/Delivery and DevOps practices (knowledge of Infra-as-Code principles is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery
- You have demonstrated the ability to lead and execute with efficiency
- Good understanding of and experience in infrastructure architecture and awareness of information security models (Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and AWS is a plus).
- Ability to provide a planned migration to cloud services in line with the Infrastructure-as-a-Service strategic direction
- Organizational enabler, you love to help R&D teams to embrace the DevOps movement and initiate continuous delivery/deployment methods and tools.
