Within MA, the Enterprise Risk Solutions (ERS) Division offers to Institutions a wide range of software, analytics and consultative solutions to help risk management staff understand, measure, and manage risk within an enterprise risk context. The ERS group is composed of experienced consultants working with and drawing on the insight and expertise of our world-class analytics technology, data, software as well as market experience.

Occasional travel will be required (local and international).

Role/Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for our IFRS 17/LDTI products
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA and SME to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Conduct acceptance testing and ensure that products meet business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify and report on risks and issues related to product development
- Provide level3 support to clients in production

Qualifications:

- Successful experience as a senior business analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be synthetic
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends is a plus
