Digital Marketing Assistant

We have an open apprenticeship position within our Marketing & Digital Team starting September 2025.

Be part of our client oriented digital initiatives - expand our visibility by enlarging the scope and features of our web factory, monitor and improve web performances, provide insights of digital market trends, etc.

**You will manage the Drupal Web Factory PAM Building (UK, France, Germany, Export)
- You are the main web point-of-contact of our internal users (Marketing & Sales teams)
- You provide first level support and coordinate bug resolution with the respective team (development team, PIM team, etc.)
- You update the user guide with the extended features.
- You manage GDPR compliance (cookies management / categorization, OneTrust declarations)

**You will monitor web performance and provide regular updates on digital market trends
- You provide insights and contribute to website performance improvement in tight collaboration with the communication team
- You analyze data (GA4, Google Search Console, etc.) and identify potential evolutions of the web factory
- You monitor digital marketing trends and regularly share insights with the team

**Data Analysis
- You establish and monitor digital KPIs (ex: web performance, SEO, PIM data completion)

**You help the team with other customer-oriented digital initiatives

You may be meant to help the team on any other customer-oriented digital initiatives such as marketing automation, web product launches, etc.

- Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio to gather valuable data and create awesome dashboards
- MS Teams & Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint & other collaborative tools

More than a diploma or level of experience, it's your personality that will make the difference
- You are following a Master degree of Business or Engineering School (double degree is an advantage)
- You are fluent in English and comfortable in French (German is an advantage)
- You are meticulous, engaged and possess strong analysis and synthesis skills
- You are curious & open-minded problem-solver who enjoys teamwork within an international environment, takes initiatives and experiment with multiple digital tools
- What makes you stand out from the crowd? You have a good understanding of the digital ecosystem, and ideally have already a first experience (internship, apprenticeship) during which you have used CMS, analytics & visualization tools (GTM, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.), SEO, Figma, PIM, etc.

Our Marketing & Digital team is made up of 5 people (3 nationalities represented) and we’ll be welcoming 3 apprentices this year. We are in close collaboration with the EMEA Sales team (15 people with 10 nationalities represented) as well as the Marketing Teams in France, UK & Germany.
