Our department, European Shared Services, is in contact with the local SSCs (Shared Service Centres) and more than 40 plants located all across Europe. Our missions are to accurately maintain Master Data across the division, as well as assist plants and SSCs in solving issues related to Accounting and Controlling in different ERP (JDE and SAP).

World Class Performance is our objective and we are offering a six months internship to help us to continuously improve some key activities and data of the division. The mission offers great visibility to the whole Finance community.

In detail, you will:

- Oversee archiving of Address book reports.
- Prepare intercompany invoices for the French HQ.
- Create and update Business Partners (suppliers, customers, affiliates, employees) in JDE and SAP.
- Update daily and monthly exchange rates in our ERP.
- Prepare documentation used in auditing (for SOX) the European Shared Services, as well as the French and BNL SSC.

Ideal profile:

- Rigorous, analysis skills, autonomous, curious and keen to learn quickly are key qualities for the job
- Nearly completed studies in Accountancy or Finance (4/5 years)
- Good communication skills
- Comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is essential.
- Fluent French and English required.
