**THE CONTEXT**

The Adeo group is currently developing its Marketplace which is part of the Omnicommerce department. It is a key pillar of an ambitious plan to transform the entire business and become the world’s leading habitat platform. The marketplace objective is to expand the product and service offering, improve customer experience, reinforce the market positioning and create a key revenue stream.

In this context, **Alfredo CALOT** is looking for a **Marketplace Project Manager** to join the Adeo Marketplace Sellers Services team.

The position is based in France, either in Lille (Ronchin) or in Paris (near “Gare du Nord”).

**YOUR MISSION**

The **Marketplace Project Manager** will play a key role in the long-term improvement of the final Customer experience and the success of the marketplace.

The core purpose of this job is to manage projects relative to the Sellers Account Management topics, such as:

- Lead the development, deployment and improvement of tools to improve seller and account manager scalability
- Manage the definition and iteration of programs to generate additional revenues to the marketplace, targeting both large strategic sellers and those with untapped potential.
- Support in the definition of project priorities related to seller management, particularly account management facing topics.
- Assist in the monitoring of operational performance of our marketplaces and associated action plans, as well as in seller communications.

For this purpose, you will:

- Work in close partnership with teams in our local Marketplaces Business Units (Account Managers, Project Leaders and Team Leaders in Leroy Merlin France, Spain, Italy and Portugal;
- Engage also with our central and cross-functional teams (including data,tech, retail, stores and finance teams) for implementation, root cause analysis and improvement of projects.

This position will offer you the opportunity to:

- Work on a variety of projects, with various topics and disciplines involved (e.g. digital, sales, legal), and learn a lot

**YOUR PROFILE**
- At least 4 years of experience either as a Project Leader in a retail, e-commerce, tech, consulting company, or as a Key Account Manager in a marketplace environment
- Master Degree in Business Management or Project Management, from Business School or University
- Fluent in English and French (C1 level). Another European language is appreciated
- High degree of critical and analytical thinking
- Ability to use data to support hypotheses
- Motivated by performance and results: the impact of your actions and work is a driving force for you
- Experienced in stakeholders management, strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- SQL proficiency is appreciated
