We are looking for a **Planning and Reporting Engineer**for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: France (La Défense)**

**Start Date: April 2025**

**Contract Duration: 12 months**

**Renewable: yes**

**Status: residential**

Qualification and Experience Required:

- Experience in oil and gas engineering and construction gained through minimum 10 years of construction projects
- Sound knowledge of planning techniques including scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project.) and management software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.)
- Experience in supervision/management of personnel.
- Languages: English mandatory
- Professional Experience: 10-15 years

Missions / Service Dimensions
- To act as primary interface between contractor planning departments, package leads and the company project team.
- To monitor contractor schedules and reports.
- To handle project reporting and provide support to project communication.
- To manage planning interfaces with other disciplines, project entities and company corporate planning
- To align work methods and practices across packages in liaison with package planners
- To perform quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis for the project
- To develop and maintain the project Master Control Schedule (MCS)
- To manage planning tool needs within the project

Activities
- To coordinate project reports (monthly reports, weekly reports and other specific reports) and handle their distribution.
- To provide support in actions related to project communication and ensure consistency in schedule and progress related information used in presentations.
- To review and analyze contractors' scheduling and planning documents (procedures, reports, etc).
- To monitor the progress of project activities.
- To elaborate a management-type plan, levels 0&1.
- To verify milestones.
- To identify and analyze potential delays and propose corrective actions.
- To verify the critical path.
- To consolidate scheduling information for analysis and reporting
- To oversee project schedule for management with the responsibility of informing all parties of the overall schedule status, highlighting any anomalies and providing detailed analysis as required.
- Interface with affiliate's planning and Pre-ops/Operations planning.
- Assist packages in recruitment processes for planning positions in the project.
- Provide planning support to packages with no dedicated planning position.
- To identify needs and make available planning tools (Primavera P6, Primavera Risk, MS Project and others as required) and licenses for the project in liaison with IT and company corporate planning.
