Our client is hiring a **SAP FICO S/4 Hana consultant in France permanently**.

**Position Overview**:

- Role: Experienced FICO SAP Consultant
- Industry: Telecommunications
- SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant
- Focus: SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, maintenance, and evolution, plus transversal ERP projects
- Reports to: Director of Finance and Internal Audit
- Responsibilities: Ensure business continuity, support SAP-related projects, and drive growth

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1 SAP FICO expertise**:

- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions
- Integrate SAP FICO with SAP S/4HANA for optimized financial processes
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

**2 Project Management**:

- Lead SAP projects and manage scope, resources, timeline, and risks
- Collaborate with teams to align SAP initiatives with business objectives
- Prepare detailed project plans and status reports

**3 Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Liaise between IT, finance, and other departments
- Ensure smooth adoption of SAP tools and processes
- Manage SAP S/4HANA administration and support

**4 Continuous Improvement**:

- Enhance SAP FICO functionalities and drive automation
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA advancements and recommend improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English and French proficiency
- 5+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Proven track record in SAP project management (telecom industry preferred)
- SAP FICO/S/4HANA certification is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile/hybrid methodologies is an advantage

A mid-level SAP FICO Consultant (5-12 years of experience), fluent in French and English, coming from an IT services company, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation, integration or migration projects and finance-driven project management. Having worked on multiple SAP projects before moving to an in-house role, have a business-oriented approach and be willing to work on-site near Paris during a 4-month trial period.
