**Communications & Marketing Internship (PSE Experiential Learning Program)**

**Internship Responsibilities**

As a **Communications & Marketing Intern**, you will gain hands-on experience in the following areas:

- **Content Creation & Community Management** (Video, Text, & Audio)
- **Market Research & Business Development** (Competitor Analysis, Client UX Testing/Profiling, & Partnership Lead Generation)
- **Application Writing & Proposal Development**:

- **Sales, Lead Generation, & Follow-Up** (Commission-based incentives available for high performers)
- **Social Media Management & Advertising** (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Snapchat)

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Proficiency in French and/or English** (Additional languages are a plus)
- **Strong Communication & Organizational Skills**:

- **Familiarity with Digital Marketing Tools**, including:

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Canva, SquareSpace, GoogleAds, MetaAds, TikTok Ads
- **Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment** with mínimal supervision

**Internship Details**
- **Duration**: 8 Weeks (Unpaid, with reimbursement for approved expenses, commission opportunities, and gratuities for top performers)
- **Work Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CET
- **Tools Used**: Google Workspace for deliverables and task management

**Growth & Career Progression**

High-performing interns will be invited to continue in our **6-month paid Business Development Internship** with performance-based incentives:

- **€600/month + Bonuses & Gratuities**:

- Career path includes promotion to **Business Developer (CDD, €2,000/month)** with potential to transition to **Business Manager (CDI, €4,000/month)**
