We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France, Germany and Italy. Accelerating sustainable mobility for all. **Description du poste**: The Customer project manager operates in a high demanding context with 3 key factors: - Stringent Quality / Cost / Timing / performances customer requirements with rapid electrification of Automotive market - Rapid growth of ACC - Development of the product & process in parallel to the construction of the Gigafactories. The customer project manager is accountable for the development and the start of mass production of new products that meet customers’ and ACC’s requirements (QCTP - Quality Costs Timing Performance targets). As the unique operational contact to the customer, he/she manages operationally all ACC resources for all project related tasks and ensures that the various ACC internal teams deliver the expected results on time. He/she manages operationally directly a team of ~10 Function lead and coordinates the work execution of the different functions of ACC involved in the project. The customer project manager defines the project management plan in accordance to ACC internal objectives and the customer requirements, coordinating following internal functions / workstreams - Planning : Level 1 & 2 - Engineering : Design freeze, sample & testing requirement, Customer Compliance Matrix (list of requirement) achievement - Industrialization : definition & installation of all equipments the various sample phases up to GF start of production - Purchasing : sourcing plan for various samples phase up to Start of Mass prudction - Cost : target definition to meet customer requirement & ACC profitability, animation of risk & opportunity - Quality : Internal & External project milestones preparation, leading to on time PPAP achievement - Life Cycle Assessment (CO2, sustainability) - Start & ramp-up of mass production - Anticipation of aftersales **Profil recherché**: **Knowledge / Know how** Project management **Experience (domain, number of years)** >15 years of works experience in automotive and/or battery industry - Including several years in product engineering - Including several years in large project management **Qualifications (diplomas, )** Engineering degree **Key behaviours** Team player, good at communication, good at negotiation **Some extra skills which make the difference** Ability to evaluate a situation and to propose/take the right decision
