**Your Mission (If You Accept It)**:

- Have a hands-on learning experience to support employer branding and D&I initiatives.
- Join in strategic planning sessions to identify needs, challenges, and solutions to enhance our employer brand.
- Work in a role that provides direct and immediate impact to our company's growth.
- Pull data to gain insight into talent attraction initiatives for improvement opportunities.
- Help facilitate people-focused content creation for multi-channel distribution, including areas of thought leadership, recruitment marketing assets and social channels.
- Support the creation of talent attraction initiatives that are role and geography specific.
- Keep up to date with latest HR trends, use new and creative ways to find and engage our people
- Share, learn and work hand-to-hand with the People team to generate a best-in-class people strategy to support our business

**You’re At The Right Place If**:

- You understand how to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple offices (including remote) and multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- You are organized, with great attention to detail. You are motivated by both admin part and ad hoc projects.
- You are beginning to get familiar with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, Glassdoor and have some familiarity with reporting & analysis
- You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) in English. A second language is a bonus
- You are empathetic and enthusiastic and can easily adapt to any situation
- You understand what it means to join a people team in a growing scale-up, mostly regarding the confidentiality and neutral part.
