At GONG, the Bilingual French English Copywriter plays a crucial role in creating and translating high-quality editorial content to support the company's marketing and communication activities. **Responsibilities include**: **Mission 1: Content Creation and Translation** - **Translation **and** subtitling** of video content (Tech Talk, Films trips, etc.). - **Production** and/or **translation** of "**SEO compliant" editorial content** for our website (News, Product Pages). - Production and/or translation of editorial content for engaging our **social media** community. - Production and/or translation of editorial **content for promotional activities in our physical store **(POS materials, signage, Restaurant menu). - Creating innovative and technical content in **"international" English **for our target audience (Tech Talk, tutorials, reports, short content for social media, activations, and campaigns). **Mission 2: International Brand Reputation** - **Adhering to the brand's semantic** guidelines. - Monitoring and developing GONG's brand image and reputation in the global market, with particular attention to the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Japan, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Australia, Canada, and any other strategic market approved by management. - **Enhancing GONG's perception** by continually improving the perceived quality of GONG among its English-speaking audience. - Conducting continuous monitoring to identify cutting-edge communication trends in international markets and initiating innovative, creative, and original ideas. - **Producing weekly reports** on brand reputation, emerging trends, and necessary actions to manage the brand's reputation internationally. - Identifying global reputation issues and recommending proactive measures to address them. - Proactively adapting our communications to the cultural and linguistic specifics of our English-speaking international markets. - **Identifying target audiences and their needs** in our international markets to deliver appropriate messages. - **Improving the quality of messages**, advertisements, and slogans (both organic and paid communication). **Profile** - Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, linguistics, or a related field. - **Immersed for many years in surf/SUP/wing/kite/foil culture** and good knowledge of the gear. - **Deep understanding of the cultural and linguistic specifics** of the different markets addressed. - **Native or bilingual English speaker**, with perfect mastery of both written and spoken English. - Good oral and written understanding of French. - Excellent command of word processing tools, content management platforms, and SEO tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
