Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- 3+ years of experience in endpoint security or IT support with a focus on security; expertise in endpoint

security tools (e.g., antivirus, EDR, and DLP solutions).
- Proficiency in network configuration and hardware troubleshooting
- strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Desired:

- Certifications like CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional

(MCITP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

Person specification and Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and threat landscapes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
- Experience in managing IT projects is a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high security standards.

- Responsible for maintaining the organization’s endpoint devices and computer systems.
- Responsible for implementing IT policies and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

- Plays a key role in the organisation’s cybersecurity efforts, with accountability for protecting endpoint

integrity and user data.
- Responsible for ensuring endpoint security protocols are adhered to and updated as needed.

People Management

Task Management (what the role is responsible for including scale, how this is achieved, and the measures involved)
- Manages installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Regularly monitors and updates network security, and ensures data integrity.
- Implements and manages endpoint security solutions, including regular updates and patches to

protect against vulnerabilities.
- Conducts regular security assessments and compliance audits on endpoint devices.
- Monitors and responds to endpoint security alerts and provides technical support for endpoint

security-related incidents.
- Collaborates with IT and Security teams to design and enforce endpoint security policies and

configurations.

Pay: 4,000.00€ - 5,000.00€ per month
