- Comprendre les enjeux techniques et fonctionnels des clients et les traduire en solutions
- Travailler sur des produits/projets existants pour les perfectionner et/ou sur des nouveaux produits/projets.
- Travailler sur des architectures composables:
- Développer des services et des composants sur mesure
- Intégrer des SaaS
- Intégrer des solutions _Low-code/No-code_
- Développer selon les standards établis dans votre équipe en termes de qualité et de méthodologie (Exemples : Revues de codes et de _PRs_, tests, _Peer Programming_, documentation...) et contribuer à leur amélioration continue
- Innover et proposer des nouvelles méthodes, technologies
- Contribuer à la préparation des avant-ventes si besoin (réalisation des POC,
préparation des environnements de démo, etc.) Vous serez le garant de:
- La qualité de vos développements.
- La pérennité des produits.
- La sécurité des données traitées dans le cadre des travaux de vos équipes.
**Qualifications clés**:
- Vous maîtrisez un ou plusieurs langages de programmation (TypeScript, Go, PHP, Java, Python, Rust...).
- Vous avez une appétence pour le développement _Frontend _et/ou _Backend _avec la maîtrise d’au moins un framework.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec la data (stockage et/ou consommation).
- Vous maîtrisez un large éventail d'approches de conception et comprenez leurs utilités.
- Vous avez une connaissance de _Lean _et Agile.
- Vous avez des notions de Docker et des environnements UNIX.
- Vous savez vous faire comprendre en anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
**Qualifications appréciées**:
- Bonnes connaissances en Git et notions sur de la mise en place de CI.
- Connaissances d’un cloud provider et de ses services principaux (AWS, GCP ou
Azure).
- Notions en CDN et Cache.
- De nature bienveillante, vous communiquez avec simplicité et transparence.
- Vous êtes un/une _team player _qui contribue à ce que l’équipe apporte des solutions techniques à des problèmes fonctionnels.
- Vous vous épanouissez dans un contexte d’émulation collective.
- Vous n’avez pas de problème à vous faire challenger par vos pairs pour définir ensemble la meilleure solution.
- Vous avez un intérêt certain pour la transformation digitale sous toutes ses formes et êtes convaincu/convaincue d’avoir un rôle à jouer pour changer la donne.
