**Your role's mission**:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving product strategy, identifying customer needs, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. They play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product vision, optimizing development processes, and enhancing user satisfaction. They also act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Objective 1: Drive Strategic Product Development and Delivery**
- Lead product planning and execution, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Balance long-term vision with short-term execution priorities.
- Optimize workflows across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

**Objective 2: Lead Customer-Centric Solutions**
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine product strategy.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement for customers.

**Objective 3: Contribute to Pelico’s Strategic Vision, Leadership & Communication**
- Advocate for customer needs while balancing business constraints.

**Objective 4: Foster Continuous Improvement and Collaboration**
- Champion best practices in agile product development.
- Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for product success.

**Objective 5: Strengthen Sales & Post-Sales Enablement**
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to support sales enablement.
- Ensure customer success teams are well-equipped with necessary insights.

**Location**: You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language.

**What We’re Looking For**:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a tech company
- Genuine interest in our industry and a passion for making an impact
- Genuine interest in working in an international environment, with English as your daily language (both spoken and written)
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for sharing your ideas
- User-centric thinking, especially when it comes to product design
- Problem-solving mindset and skillset, with an analytical approach
- Strong organizational skills: you excel at tackling diverse challenges in parallel while collaborating with multiple teams
- Effective team coordination and collaboration skills
