About the Role:
Partnering with underwriters and network partners, the Multinational Analyst will act a trusted advisor and will contribute to tailor multinational insurance solutions for our European clients, including helping with the design, implementation and servicing of multinational insurance programs.
It is an external broker and client facing role managing the day-to-day servicing and multinational technical support on an assigned portfolio of Multinational programs in support of the Underwriters. This role supports all major Multinational lines of business and includes issuing timely policies, providing regulatory advice, sharing local knowledge, and supporting efficient money movement capabilities.
About the Department & Team:
This role will report to the Head of Multinational, Europe and work closely with local underwriting teams and other multinational colleagues (in e.g. European Operations, European Claims, international MNP teams, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day multinational servicing activities throughout the program lifecycle on an assigned portfolio of accounts and operate as the primary multinational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and be the main point of contact for reverse flow/inbound fronting requests.
Proactively manage pre-bind activities including:
- Utilizing available tools and technology (a.o. Globex’ Worldwise, Liberty’s workflow management tools), the completion of a comprehensive territorial analysis detailing the multinational regulatory requirements to be included in the quotation document.
- Collection of any other specific regulatory information impacting the program including tariff and / or minimum rates, mandatory retentions or cessions and any other regulatory matters requiring engagement with the network partners prior to binding.
- Promote and drive the adoption of the MNP process throughout Europe, so that all parties understand and commit to roles, responsibilities and expected timelines, to provide an elevated service performance and deliver contract certainty.
- Completion of hand-off documentation for the release of network instructions ensuring 100% accuracy and in line with bound program terms.
Proactively manage post-bind activities including:
- Monitoring of program implementation to ensure network issues and rejects are addressed effectively and efficiently working in collaboration with underwriting and the network coordinator as applicable.
- Track performance and escalate where necessary utilizing appropriate escalation channels to ensure documentation is issued within agreed timeframes and premiums are collected in line with Liberty payment terms.
- Provide regular updates to the appointed broker (or client if direct) on program performance until fully implemented.
Ongoing account servicing:
- Contact Operations Europe for the processing of any ad hoc mid-term enquiries including endorsements, certificates or any other administrative or servicing request ensuring engagement with appropriate authority holder for approvals where required.
- Provide tracking and performance information (including queries) to underwriting for inclusion in periodic client stewardship meetings in which you would participate.
General
- Build strong relationships with underwriters, operations, claims and distribution throughout Europe to promote our MNP capabilities.
- Help support and contribute to internal and external strategies that align our product offerings and grow Liberty’s multinational business.
