หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- Analyze and support existing Regulation update to executives, Team and Business units; including identify and evaluate regulatory risk impact which may affecting the business operation and process
- Conduct compliance risk assessment and ensure business process and internal activities are complied with relevant regulations
- Coordinating with related parties to develop and establish Compliance Control & Monitoring tools and other Compliance & Control improvement scheme
- Coordinate and establish Compliance training program, e.g. AML and/or NCB, etc including provide training materials
- Establish and maintain positive relationship with regulators, facilitate and maintain a good understanding between BU and regulators
- Provide advisory on regulatory compliance issues supporting business operation

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, age between 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in risk, legal or compliance function from financial institution, banks or financial service companies
- Knowledge/experience in legal and compliance, internal control, and relates to financial business is an advantage
- Experience in automobile hire-purchase business is an advantage
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint or related programs)
- Practical in English both written and spoken
- Good skill in reporting, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and decision making
