Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, société en pleine expansion en Europe et dans le monde, un(e) Payroll Manager Europe & UK (H/F), en CDI.
Rattaché(e) à un Payroll Manager, vous avez pour missions:
- Le management d'une équipe de 2 Coordinateurs paie Europe;
- La coordination et le contrôle des paies France et Europe, environ 10/15 Pays et 250 paies à date;
- La mise en place de procédures RH et paie lors des développements des nouveaux pays mais aussi l'évolution et mise à jour dans les pays existants;
- La coordination et suivi des projets SIRH notamment en lien avec les US;
- La gestion du C&B, harmonisation des rémunérations et des bénéfices au niveau Européen.
