Group Reporting Intern

Reporting to the Group Account Reporting Lead, the Group Reporting team will be responsible for coordinating and planning the production of the Universal Registration Document and the Interim Financial Reporting and will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the French and English versions of the document are accurately reviewed and coordination. As a trainee, the incumbent will support the team in their responsibilities.
- Integrate the contribution of the internal stakeholders in the disclosure management tool,
- Review consistency between the information in the disclosure management and the document publish
and align them when require,
- Help the team to review the document before publication

**Key duties**:
1/ Produce a quarterly analytical review
- Interact with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that main changes in Financial Statements are related to known events and correctly reflected in group account.
- Built a strong analytical review along the process to secure the production at each step
- Develop with the implementation team the reports that could support a relevant and added value analyses

2/ Coordinate the touchpoint process with Local entities
- Review clearance package produced by Legal Entities (LEs) to identify key topics and produce a group
synthesis.
- Ensure the correct maintenance and development of AFO report used by LEs for their clearance
package in relation with SAP CC, closing and consolidation teams

3/ Provide technical guidance or training to legal entities on IFRS 17 related topics to ensure that they
have good understanding of interaction of different systems as well as analytical background to prepare technical analysis
- Ensure that the LE have good understanding of the COA in order to be able to build their analysis
for clearance meetings in the reconciliation part.

4/ Involve in or lead (when appropriate) finance projects within the scope of the Group reporting &
accounting department

5/ Provide support to other team to ensure the consistency of the accounting chain (review of
complex CoA topics, of specific contracts bookings ),
- In close relation with the Center of Excellence (accounting treatment / impact assessments for specific contracts: alternative solution, specific operation)

6/ Contribute to management of the relationship with auditors on financial reporting & accounting
related topics
- Contribute to and control the items provided to auditors when appropriate.
- Ensure that adequate answers are provided to auditors.

**Required Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance/Audit/Controlling or economics.
