THE ROLE

As part of the IT production department, you will join our VIP support teams dedicated to the President and General Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will provide assistance to users, manage incidents and maintain IT equipment, with a constant focus on quality and efficiency.
- You are the single point of contact for VIPs and their assistants.
- You are in charge of preparing the management's videoconferences.
- You work with the users concerned
- You use and enrich the knowledge base
- You are attentive to deadlines
- You monitor requests and incidents from start to finish.
- You will contribute new ideas/solutions to meet VIP needs.

PROFILE AND SKILLS

IT training with significant experience as a support technician in demanding environments and VIP user requests.

**You have a perfect command of the following environments**:

- Windows and macOS operating systems
- Office and workstation support levels 2 and 3
- Microsoft Office and M365
- IP telephony, softphony
- Smartphone and tablet support (Android and IOS).
- Fluency in English

You have a strong sense of service, excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.

Good stress management and ability to deal with all situations thanks to your organizational skills, technical competence and diplomacy.

Team spirit and a sense of service that enable you to support users until incidents are resolved.
