Spa Therapist

As Spa therapist, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere while providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our valued guests.

**What will you do?**
- Carry out different types of treatments in line with protocols to provide customers with a truly unforgettable moment of relaxation and overall well-being.
- Listening to customers and responding to their needs and expectations by personalizing programs
- Promoting, advising on and selling services and treatment products
- Ensuring that cabins are set up and kept clean
- Versatility between cabin treatments and spa reception if necessary
- Good team spirit
- Under apprenticeship contract BP Esthétique or BTS Esthétique or Spa praticien(ne)
- Excellent listening skills, very good human contact to establish a relationship of trust with customers and build loyalty.
- Mastery of one or more of the following treatment techniques: face and body care, world massage (Balinese, Ayurvedic, Oriental, etc.), reflexology, Thai massage, waxing, hand and foot beauty.
- Excellent presentation adapted to the world of luxury and well-being
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to meet the requirements of high-end customers
- Minimum diploma of CAP esthetics
- Fluent English, practice of a third language appreciated.
