**TEMPORARY CONTRACT - GOODS SUPPLIERS AND PAYMENTS ACCOUNTANT** (M/F/X)**

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :_**

Join a department of 8 people within the Accounts Payable, Direct Purchasing (Goods and Payments) and Investment, attached to the European Accounting Department.

In charge of several expense items, you are in contact with the buyer, the supplier and the finance controlling.

Integrate the accounting treatment of auxiliary supplier accounting of a European subsidiary within the Saran CSP.
- Ensure the control and accounting of invoices in view of the commitments declared by the purchasers managers of the country departments.
- Monitoring of litigation invoices with Supply Chain team.
- Analysis of suppliers account statements and reminders.
- Follow up supplier balances.
- Put to invoices payment.
- Ensure monthly closing operations in link with finance controlling.
- Analysis of aged supplier balances
- Estimate disbursement
- Reconciliation of supplier purchasing turnover
- Ability to adapt change, novelty and environments
- Relational ease and listening skills, ability to work in a team
- Have a sense of priorities, good analytical skills
- Responsiveness, rigor and autonomy
- IT skills (SAP knowledge appreciated + Excel software advanced functions)
- Graduated with a minimum BAC+4, with professional experience ideally in an international company of 10 years.
- Operational English appreciated

Rejoignez une équipe de 8 personnes au sein du service Comptabilité Fournisseurs, Achats Directs (Biens et Paiements) et Investissements, rattaché à la Direction Comptable Européenne.

En charge de plusieurs postes de dépenses, vous êtes en contact avec les acheteurs, les fournisseurs et le contrôle de gestion financier.

Intégrez le traitement comptable de la comptabilité fournisseurs auxiliaire d'une filiale européenne au sein du CSP de Saran.
- Assurer le contrôle et la comptabilisation des factures au regard des engagements déclarés par les responsables achats des directions pays.
- Suivi des factures en litige avec l'équipe Supply Chain.
- Analyse des relevés de comptes fournisseurs et relances.
