**Description de l'emploi** Position Summary**

Brady is looking for a Senior Magento/PHP Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our global ecommerce platforms. This is a senior-level role for an experienced engineer who thrives on ownership, is passionate about modern web technologies, and enjoys mentoring junior team members.

As a senior contributor, you will be a key driver in shaping architecture, promoting engineering best practices, and delivering scalable, high-performance ecommerce solutions that serve our global customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of technical design and implementation of ecommerce solutions using PHP, Magento, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members; conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership.
- Drive improvements to code quality, scalability, and system architecture.
- Automate systems administration tasks and develop tools to streamline development workflows.
- Analyze system performance metrics and propose optimizations for better reliability and customer experience.
- Ensure uptime and performance of customer-facing services; participate in support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Champion modern development practices including DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture.

**Le profil**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven experience in Magento (Adobe Commerce) development.
- Excellent debugging, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient with Git and experience in collaborative, version-controlled development environments.
- Experience with CI/CD systems like AWS CodePipeline or Jenkins.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures and performance optimization.
- Contributions to open source or Magento community projects are a plus.
