We are looking for a **Sr Marketing & Comms Generalist**to join our remote team on a long term basis.

**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF**:

- ** Development of communication strategies**: create and implement communication strategies to promote the brand, its partners, activities, and values, engaging a wide ecosystem of collaborators.
- ** Public relations management**: develop and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders to increase the brand's visibility.
- ** Content writing**: write and edit press releases, articles, speeches, white papers, and other communication materials to ensure consistent and high-quality messaging.
- ** Crisis communication management**: develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the company’s image and mitigate reputational risks.
- ** Media coverage monitoring**: monitor and analyze media coverage of the company and competitors, preparing performance reports and suggesting strategic improvements;
- ** Social media management and online communication**: create social media communication strategies and manage the brand's online presence.

**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING WITH YOU**:

- Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or similar.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the role.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in managing crisis communication and protecting corporate reputation.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, including managing logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Networking and relationship-building skills.

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Previous experience in large-scale project management.
- Previous international experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
