**Description**:** RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
**For the Evaluation Zone Support**
- Prepare files needed to Advancement meetings.
- Keep hybrid data integrity according with Company rules.
- Assist with development and implementation of business rules as appropriate.
- Supervise assigned projects.
- Perform administrative tasks related to estimation of demand and management of resources and control these resources within an expected timeline by effectively working on a multi-departmental group.
**For the Breeding Program Support**
- Evaluate field experiments and collaborate to have a phenotyping of excellence.
- Take key role in a breeding deployment program in corn including hands-on phenotypic and genetic analysis. Plan new experiments and tasks with research manager and breeder support.
- Continuous learning of new technology adaptation and efficient work processes.

**Qualifications**:** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES NEEDED**:
- MSc in Plant Breeding or similar + plus 1-3 years of breeding experience or similar.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills. Proved ability to work well with a wide range of people.
- English language skill is mandatory, French language skill is a plus.
- Skills and talent to deal with tight deadlines and fast data turn around.
- Field experience desirable.
- Knowledge in genetics, plant breeding, statistics, and molecular biology.
- Knowledge of statistics and experimental designs and proficiency with data management, databases and software.
