- An international team (British, French, German, Italian, Portuguese ) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors
- Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
- Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary
**Requirements**:
Attached to the Financial Department, your main mission will be to establish the net asset values (NAV) of the managed Funds, while ensuring the reliability and availability of financial data for Investors and Senior Management:
- Collect the necessary elements for establishing the NAV (legal documentation, accounting elements, etc.)
- Monitor the activity of investment vehicles, including participation in the preparation of semi-annual valuations and the legal aspects of the vehicles.
- Calculate and analyze the financial performance of the Funds (IRR, multiple, ratios, risks, exit scenarios, etc.)
- Cross-functional tasks within the Middle Office: monitoring French and foreign taxation, recharges, monitoring IFRS & US GAAP accounts, tracking the performance of investments...
- Ensure certain first-level controls on internal procedures.
- Communicate with the Fund auditors during quarterly and annual reviews. Work closely with the Investor Relations teams.
**Profile**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Languages: fluent in French and English
Your attention to detail, responsiveness, and team spirit are essential assets, along with your autonomy and versatility. You must have a fluent level of French and English, be comfortable with IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and skilled in presenting financial and legal information.
International experience would be a plus.
