Assistant Global Marketing Communication - All Genders

Our Global Marketing Communication department is looking for an administrative assistant & coordinator (All genders) on a permanent contract.

You will report to the Vice-President of the Global Marketing Communication of Clinical Operations and provide operational support to 4 operational managers and their respective teams (24 people in total) based in France and in the US.

**What will be your responsabilities ?**

**Budget and invoice management**
- Support the creation and follow-up of annual budgets in dedicated software (Wrike)
- Creation of purchase orders in SAP software
- Follow-up of invoice payment and relations with suppliers

**Project coordination**
- Monitoring of the projects’ allocation and tracking platform
- Support Event Project Managers in some event coordination
- Support the MarCom project team with the production of promotional materials & validation process

**Travel and administration**
- In charge of the team’s travel management in accordance with bioMérieux's travel policy.
- External consultants/ vendors contracts management or renewal
- Management of Global MarCom meetings’ agenda
- Produce minutes & reports following team meetings.

**Who are you?**
- Minimum 2 years of higher education
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar position in an international context
- Strong team spirit and collaborative work among peers and with members of the department
- You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Pack and new digital tools (e.g.Staffbase).
- A fluent level of English is required in order to successfully carry out the missions of this position
- You have a basic knowledge of French / operational level
- You are an autonomous, rigorous and organized person, you know how to anticipate and manage priorities
- Good sense of adaptation, resilience
- You have the ability to make proposals and to evolve in an international and matrix context
- Very occasional travels
