Position Duties

Responsabilities
- Partner with French HR team and hiring managers to identify and build out recruiting needs and strategies.
- Have strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including : research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment track data, and report to Hiring Manager basing on the requirement
- Work positively and honestly to meet the Recruiter KPI.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment ; previous experience in an agency environment and in the recruitment of the gaming industry would be highly advantageous.
- Availability for professional travel as needed.
- Mastery of English required.
