A drive that requires a dynamic Solar Sales Engineer FRANCE to drive our French market expansion. **About us** Starting in 2019 Rable designed a new concept to smartly install solar panels on large roofs. A system which allows installation of solar systems on flat roofs that are considered not strong enough (so called : weak roofs). It is a fundamentally different technology from traditional competitors and opens up a blue ocean in France. At present > 50% of the roofs are too weak to carry solar installations. It is our strategy to open up this blue ocean market with our innovative system, successful in The Netherlands and now expanding abroad. Considering the high demand for solar energy and our unique technology we see very fast growth. We all work toward the goals to serve our mission ; _Unfolding the rooftop energy potential of all roofs._ **About the position** To enable our ambitions we are hiring a **Solar Sales Engineer FRANCE** The challenge in this role, is to develop and expand the French customer base so we realize our revenue and margin plans. The French team is expected to expand fast as we see a significant market demand. As a professional you combine sales skills with technical explanation capacities that works with the back office team to turn this young company into the star of the solar energy industry. With you as the Solar Sales engineer you will build partnerships and customers in France. The product developed is embraced by key partners in the French Industry and certified for installation. To be successful as our Sales Engineer you are constantly in exchange with our EPC’s (Large installers), investors in solar and other stakeholders. You are pro-actively investigating the needs of our clients and able to translate these into commercial strategy, effective solutions and action plans. Stakeholders are setting up rooftop projects which typically requires from you a “Project sales approach” : supporting the stakeholders from project technical specfication until installation. You drive the solar rooftop projects and take your role in the growth of Rable. In this role, it is crucial that you have strong developed sales and technical skills, since after the training period you will be required to manage commercial projects and monitor revenues and margins. In addition, we need you to be decisive, able to act effectively under stress and master communicative and commercial skills. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Pay: 3,000.00€ - 4,700.00€ per month Expected hours: No less than 32 per week Application Question(s): - Do you have sales experience in Solar or Renewable energy ?
