**About the team**:
Our Legal and privacy team is the primary legal partner for Equativ's business leaders across the globe. Team members provide regulatory support and advice and grow in a fast-paced and complex environment.

This position reports to the Data Protection Officer based in Paris.

**What you'll do**:

- Data Protection and Privacy: You will assist within internal registers, update, reviewing data processing agreements, update and duplicate contract template and/or guidelines, general data protection and privacy compliance for the Company and its affiliates.
- Privacy monitoring and research: You will be responsible to provide on a regular basis privacy updates and memo on new regulations, case law and related laws.
- Data processing agreements

**About you**:

- Master’s degree in digital law or data protection and privacy.
- Ability to deal with many projects simultaneously and build strong relationships with all business and departments.
- You've got strong analytical skills.
- You've got team spirit, will to help, proactivity and a sense of confidentiality respect.
- Fluency in both French & English (written & spoken) is a must
- Looking for a 6 months internship

**Bonus skills**:

- Experience as a Legal Counsel intern in a digital environment in a privacy team.
