**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung und Pflege von Inhalten für unsere Onlinemedien (Homepage, Newsletter, Social-Media-Kanäle)
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Website sowie Erstellung neuer Landing Pages
- Planung, Umsetzung, Steuerung und Analyse der Marketing Kampagnen für u.a. Google Ads, Facebook & Co.
- Implementierung von Best Practice Kampagnenstrukturen inkl. Keyword-Recherche und der Entwicklung von Anzeigentexten
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Analysen und Reports inkl. der Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur weiteren Strategieoptimierung

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Online-Marketing
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Online-Marketing und in der Betreuung von Content-Management-Systemen
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen SEO & SEA, Web-Analyse mittels Google Analytics
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an digitalen Innovationen und ein gutes Gespür für digitale Trends und zielgruppenaffinen Content
- Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
- Kommunikative, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
