As OneStream Application owner you will play a pivotal role in ensuring:

- Design, implement, manage and secure all aspects of OneStream including, but not limited to, metadata, user access, hierarchies, rules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting views/packages to support planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) from source systems (ERPs, HRIS, etc.) in OneStream as well as from OneStream to target systems (ERP, Consolidation tool ).
- Support period close processing (including consolidation processes) and data integrations, resolving mapping errors with reconciliation of data between systems;
- Develop data validation procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information processed in OneStream;
- Collaborate with end-users to resolve data quality issues and implement automatic correction mechanisms;
- Partnering with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs, providing insight relevant for decision making. Translate these needs into specific configurations in OneStream, ensuring optimal adaptation to business requirements;
- Keep all users up to date on system capabilities and knowledge by providing and maintaining system documentation, procedures, and training materials;
- Provide ongoing support to help users maximize their use of the tool and resolve any problems encountered (for example concerning data validation, access and reporting issues).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the OneStream system. Work with OneStream support or the integration partner if needed to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently;
- Profil :_
- Degree in Finance, Information Systems Management or Computer Science;
- 3 + years of relevant Finance experience;
- Familiarity with SQL queries, scripting, and other development tools would be a plus;
- Fluency in English essential (both spoken and written);
- Detail oriented, highly accurate and conscientious;
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to understand business requirements, and effectively communicate issues and solutions to senior leadership;
- Thorough understanding of finance processes and business processes;
- Work independently as well as in a team environment.
