Controlling Analytics Professional

For our BPS Operations Controlling department within Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH, we are currently looking for a Controlling Analytics Professional (x|f|m) based in Goettingen or Aubagne with immediate effect. In this role, you will use real time reporting /BI functionalities to analyze multidimensional performance and implement systems and processes that empower the organization to perform. You will support Operations Business Controllers, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This is a full-time and hybrid position that combines on-site presence at Goettingen or Aubagne with the flexibility to work remotely. **Grow with us - Your Responsibilities** - Developing and maintaining value-adding dashboards that deliver actionable insights to support the execution of our strategy and growth vision - Reporting performance on key production, logistics, procurement, quality, and finance metrics; challenge the status quo and identifying optimization strategies to improve efficiency - Identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities and providing proactive, actionable recommendations to the team/management - Working collaboratively with other teams and functions to understand business needs and deliver solutions to ‘simplifying progress’ in reporting - Developing and maintaining forecasting models to predict trends and alert stakeholders to potential opportunities and risks and aiding strategic business decisions - Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analyses and reports **What will convince us** - Successfully completed academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent - Relevant professional experience in the field of Finance and Controlling, Business Analytics, or equivalent, especially in the manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence and data preparation tools (e.g., Tableau), SAP (Business Warehouse) and MS-Office (especially Excel, including PowerQuery) - Proven analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights, communicated clearly and effectively - A “customer-first” mindset, holistic thinking, team player combined with a high level of self-motivation and drive - Fluency in English rounds off your profile.
