- Support the business integration of a new Aircall tone of voice, both in terms of creative execution and business communication/documentation.
- Liaise with external agencies and key stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all assets produced.
- Understand reporting metrics and how content success is measured, contributing to meetings and inputting into dashboards/reports etc.
- Support with publishing content and build CMS technical skills, ensuring that content assets are scheduled accordingly based on the editorial calendar.
**A little more about you**:
- Currently in a Bachelor or Master degree in a school / university
- Prior experience in Creative / Content / Copywriting is a plus, but not required.
- A passion for and/or knowledge of copywriting and content creation.
- Fluency in the English language is required. Fluent speakers of other languages, including French, Spanish or German are a plus.
- Positive, energetic and someone that takes the initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity to develop copywriting skills and understand how creativity feeds into growth targets.
- A conceptual thinker who is confident and questioning when approaching challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter — you see a clear link between your actions and their outcomes and are driven to deliver quality outputs.
**Aims and objectives of the internship**:
- Building on copywriting and content creation skills when it comes to in-house development.
- Developing agency and cross-functional relationship skills.
- Working with the Global Content, Campaigns and integrated Marketing teams to set up a growth roadmap of what a potential career path may look like.
- Increased knowledge of copywriting best practice across a range of different format types, SEO writing and B2B marketing.
