Production Supervisor

- Defining and ensuring achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives within the production area.
- Ensuring operating procedures and control processes (such as first‑of‑series checks and poka-yoke controls) are consistently followed.
- Managing and developing team members, including Area Leaders and operators, to support daily operations and capability growth.
- Participating in resolving non‑conformities and production issues to maintain workflow stability.
- Leading and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, cross‑functional meetings, and action plans.
- Conducting audits and maintaining documentation such as standard processes and versatility matrices.Supporting and implementing plant‑wide projects, including layout changes, equipment updates, and operational adjustments.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience, with a technical background (metallurgical or welding experience).
- 3-4 years of operational experience enabling quick autonomy and effective team leadership.
- Experience supervising operational teams.
- Proficiency with digital tools, especially Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Lean principles.Fluency in English and native/bi-lingual in French

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Experience in metallurgical or welding environments, with familiarity in Lean practices.SAP knowledge is a plus
