Assistant Global Product Manager

Expert & Manager recherche pour son client un(e) Assistant Global Product Manager **/Export H/F**dans le cadre d'un recrutement en CDI à Courbevoie (92).
Vous aurez comme tâches:
Auprès des GPM et des commerciaux:
- Demandes des besoins de matières, forecast de ventes mensuelles,
- Suivi des ventes versus les allocations de producteurs
- Récupération des informations des marchés
- Suivi des offres remises aux commerciaux
- Support lors des déplacements et congés des GPM
Auprès des fournisseurs:
- Demande pour volume supplémentaire
- Création des tableaux allocations si nécessaire et tableau de répartition de matières
- Prise de connaissance de lots produits OG disponible et diffusion de l’information auprès des sales
- Tenir informé les fournisseurs régulièrement de l’avancement des ventes versus les allocations
Auprès des équipes Supply Chain et Customer Service:
Suivi du bon déroulement des embarquements et respect des délais indiqués par les fournisseurs
**Profil recherché**:
- Formation initiale en commerce international
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et informatiques
- Connaissance du commerce international
- Aisance en communication
- Anglais courant indispensable
Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI
Rémunération : 26 811,90€ à 45 015,29€ par an
Horaires:
- Du lundi au vendredi
- Travail en journée
