With a bold strategic vision, the mission is to evolve this SaaS solution into an AI-native agentic product that redefines underwriting intelligence. Representing 50% of Continuity’s revenue, this module is at the heart of our value proposition—The challenge will be to lead the next-generation Underwriting Assistant tool, delivering unmatched precision, relevance, and insight to empower insurers in making smarter, more sustainable risk decisions. If you are passionate about product development and have the ability to deliver meaningful, lasting results through structured and methodical product management, this role is for you **This role offers hybrid flexibility**(the team is Paris-based) **Mission**: As part of the Product team, you will own the full lifecycle of our Underwriting Assistant module : from problem discovery to user adoption. Working alongside the Lead Product and CTPO, You will translate the company’s strategic ambition into a tangible roadmap for the Underwriting Assistant product, ensuring that every initiative brings measurable value to our users, the business, and our technologic ambition. You’ll also play a transmission role, supporting the growth of our Product Function by sharing frameworks, mindsets and rituals that structure a high-performing product function. **Responsibilities**: - Own and evolve the Underwriting decision product vision, aligning closely with company strategy and technologic ambitions. - Drive continuous discovery: identify real user needs, test hypotheses, and validate opportunities in direct contact with the field. - Build and maintain a clear, prioritized and impact-oriented roadmap, balancing innovation with execution. - Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and ML teams to deliver features that truly move the needle. - Define clear success metrics and ensure the team tracks adoption, usage, and impact for every shipped initiative. - Run efficient product cycles: from spec creation to go-live, ensuring delivery is high quality and time-efficient. - Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, share progress, and ensure alignment at every level (CTPO, execs, tech teams). - Actively mentor the Product team members and contribute to the development of a more structured product organization. - Participate in the evolution of product practices, tools, and rituals across the team. **What you bring**: - 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment. - Proven track record in managing full product ownership: from idea to usage and iteration. - Strong command of product discovery, roadmapping, and delivery best practices. - Ability to operate with autonomy, take decisions, and focus on outcomes over outputs. - Curiosity for how AI can serve real user needs
