**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of authorization experts located in diverse geographic regions
- Leading the overall delivery of complex Global S/4HANA Migration programs, including completion of deliverables outlined in signed statement(s) of work.
- Staying ahead of SAP and Cloud trends, leveraging innovative solutions to drive client business transformation.
- Ensure the integration of SAP security with enterprise IAM platforms and other stakeholders.
- Developing market differentiating Solutions, Tools, and Accelerators in the space of S/4HANA Cloud Migration and Cloud deployment.
- Manage SAP security implementation projects.
- Develop a centralized process for SAP security role administration and user provisioning.
- Design the business blueprint through workshops with business and compliance stakeholders.
- As Syensqo is exposed to heavy export regulations (Itar, dual use) develop a strong knowledge of Nextlabs Data Access Management and Data Access Enforcer modules already implemented in our SAP environments.
- Design and implement robust SAP security frameworks for various SAP modules, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Fiori, and SAP Cloud solutions.

**_Education and experience_**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM and CISSP) are preferred.
- Business Intelligence security design and support required.
- 8+ years' experience with SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration in SAP environments.
- Good understanding of SAP systems such IdM, ECC, S/4, Ariba, SuccessFactors and Non-SAP systems such as Salesforce, OneStream.
- Teamwork - Effectively work as part of a team in large Enterprise systems and possess strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Technical Learning - Strong technical breadth and depth and consistently researches new technologies and industry trends.
- Problem Solving - Leads complex root cause analysis activities and problem-solving teams; demonstrates proactive problem management capabilities.
- Experience with solution design, enterprise architecture, and SAP S/4 HANA implementation that includes CDS, OData, Adobe forms, BRF+, Workflow, BADI's and user exits required.
