RESPONSABILITÉS

Ses fonctions sont d(e):

- Créer les fiches de poste et améliorer les offres,
- Enrichir la base de données,
- Donner un support dans toute autre mission relative au service recrutement,
- Gérer les plannings hebdomadaires des intérimaires en relation avec le client,
- Gérer les absences et congés des intérimaires,
- Recueillir, centraliser et retranscrire les demandes client,
- Gérer le recrutement et l'onboarding des collaborateurs chez nos clients (caces, complétude du profil),
- Suivre les fins de mission intérimaires, et être force de proposition pour les repositionnements,
- Gérer les stocks et commande EPI,
- Gérer les comptes épargne temps,
- Communiquer à l'admin ops et payroll les différents relevés d'heures et tout autre document de suivi,
- Assurer l'accueil du public en piscine,
- Suivre les principaux indicateurs de performance des clients et des intérimaires :, le taux de couverture des demandes de recrutement, le taux d'absentéisme, le taux de fidélisation intérimaire, le taux de départ anticipé intérimaire, le net promoteur score, la satisfaction clients.
