As part of its development, Valeurs RH is assisting Maison Ansac in the search for its future:
AMERICAS COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your mission will be to lead the U.S. market, a strategic and high-potential market for the company, which is constantly evolving, and to ensure the development of Canada and South American countries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Management & Leadership
- Ensure brand positioning, business development, and P&L management for the U.S. market.
- Propose strategies and implement action plans to achieve business growth and profitability across the Americas, with a specific focus on profitability.
- Monitor and recommend the best channel strategy for each country.
- Lead and motivate the teams and clients of strategic partners towards the development of both strategic and tactical brands.
- Recommend strategic evolutions based on ongoing analysis of the U.S. market and relevant local trends.
Commercial, Marketing & Finance
- Ensure full coordination and timely updates on shipments, depletions, and stock levels across all partners to ensure smooth business operations and maximize performance.
- Coordinate weekly calls, provide monthly reports, and manage quarterly business reviews with our partners.
- Secure flawless execution of the annual business plan and prepare the 3-year development plan for our brands.
- Monitor sales performance across different brands and SKUs.
- Recommend and oversee the implementation of major marketing activations.
- Collect market intelligence (competition, best practices, etc.) and share it with the rest of the company.
- Foster and maintain a strong network of contacts and collaborators throughout the markets, including decision-makers, key customers, competitors, journalists, and corporate partners.

Profil
Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced knowledge of premium wine and spirits
- Business background
- Proven strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo
- Ability to quickly adapt and take ownership in a start-up environment
- Strong financial management skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages such as French are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the U.S. market
- Good understanding of the American and Canadian markets and cultures is essential
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, and educational expertise
Compensation & Benefits
- €50,000 - €55,000 annual package, depending on profile and experience, and additional bonus
