You are a curious and detail oriented Artistic Director with a genuine passion for design culture and a drive to create meaningful work. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with creatives, strategists, scenographers, project managers and clients to bring powerful ideas to life. Confident yet open minded, you know how to shape concepts into immersive experiences that are both smart and beautiful.

**What**you’ll be doing**
- Contribute to the production of graphic assets across a wide range of projects, from international pitches to internal presentations, including visual identities and scenographic designs.
- Support the graphic development of concepts and identities (logos, layouts, slides, visual languages).
- Understand the entire graphic production process.
- Contribute to mood boards, benchmarks, and design monitoring.
- Take part in brainstorms.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team.

**Must haves**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a creative environment (studio, agency, etc.).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
- Open-minded, structured, and eager to learn.
- Solid visual culture (graphic design, digital, editorial, visual identities, branding, etc.).
- Fluent in French and professional English (spoken and written) - minimum B2.
- A strong team player who respects deadlines and knows how to ask the right questions.

**Nice to have**
- Fluency in additional languages besides English.
- Prior experience in the **experiential**event industry**is a strong asset**.**
