Ce poste à temps partiel a un impact considérable L'équipe de vente est chargée de générer des ventes en offrant au client une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle. Il maximise les ventes en offrant un service efficace, chaleureux et bien informé et en veillant à ce que le magasin soit propre, ordonné et bien présenté en tout temps. Nous embauchons des coéquipiers qui aiment les défis, qui font bouger les choses et qui sont passionnées par ce qu'ils font. Au sein de notre équipe, vous travaillerez avec des personnes prêtes à vous aider à aller plus loin, à développer votre potentiel et à en faire plus.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Nous comptons sur nos Coéquipiers pour:
- Offrir un service client exceptionnel, d'un accueil authentique et chaleureux à un passage en caisse efficace.
- Faire ressortir le meilleur de chaque client en lui proposant un équipement adapte à ses besoins.
- Partager ce qu'ils savent - et ce qu'ils aiment - de nos produits.
- Stocker, ranger et nettoyer le magasin
- Travailler de façon polyvalente en boutique comme en réserve.
**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:
- Être à l'aise avec la technologie ou être prêt à l'apprendre (ordinateurs, appareils portables et mobiles)
- Disposer de solides compétences en communication
- Être capable de remplir les fonctions essentielles du poste
- D’un réel intérêt pour l’univers sportif
- D’une expérience professionnelle antérieure, en particulier dans un rôle de contact avec la clientèle
- De notions en langue anglaise
