**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Global execution of financial planning and analysis activities, supporting planning, pacing, and closing activities within Global Supply Chain P&L
- Analyze cost of goods sold data and supply chain variances to provide critical insights to product cost and financial performance
- Partner with sourcing operations and manufacturing finance teams to evaluate variances and drivers of wind turbine component level cost performance relative to expectations
- Utilize lean problem solving to identify root causes of product cost discrepancies or system abnormalities and support the teams in cost-planning optimization efforts
- Develop standard work to track sourcing and manufacturing monthly pacing performance

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting areas

**Desired Characteristics**
- Knowledge of ERP systems and how to operate them. Oracle / SAP preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Microsoft Access and SQL
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in working with operational or sourcing teams
- A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
